Meghan & Mike traveled all the way from Chicago in the USA to make their vows in the beautiful Cape Town. It was a perfect spring day in the winelands with an intimate ceremony and a day of winetasting perfectly planned by Wedding Concepts.

An icy cold day and a backdrop of snow on the mountains around Diamant Estate in Paarl was the setting for David & Lara's intimate wedding day. With a quick hail storm after the ceremony, the most fun entourage and of course their busy Swiss Sheperd named Dutch, there was never a shortage of incredible moments to capture. With a couple amazing at photography themselves, my brief was to mostly document - and I enjoyed every moment! David & Lara, you are incredible people and I am grateful for the opportunity to share in this small part of your journey together. Although we will seemingly always disagree on camera brand choices... :)

DUCK POINT VAAL WEDDING VENUE

 

Duck Point wedding venue on the banks of the Vaal River in the northern Freestate has been on my wedding bucket-list for quite some time. Since moving back to Cape Town, it became a bit harder to market for the northern area but since a lot of my previous clients still live there, I had the wonderful opportunity to travel back for Edmund & Franzelle's incredible celebration.
