African weddings are one of my favourite cultures to be a part of. This gorgeous wedding of Ehis & Charlene at The Salene wedding venue in Stellenbosch was no different! There is a certain energy around African weddings that makes it so rewarding to follow every moment happening closely.
The day started out with clear blue skies but rain started pouring down heavily just before the ceremony. Waiting it out was not an option at the time and Charlene walked out in the pouring rain with the biggest smile on her face while Ehis was waiting at the end of a very wet aisle. This wedding was such an amazing example of just enjoying your day without worrying about the little things – the rain created so much moments and memories and the night ended off perfectly with lots of energy on the dancefloor.
